Life long learning… and life long connecting

I was perusing one of my favourite spots to find inspiration and unique insights, www.ted.com. There is so much shared knowledge there I am always in awe of the experiences of their presenters, young through old.

I was looking for a topic for today’s post and searched “business experience”.  After review of a few of the search results, found an article that struck a chord with me.

The article found here talks of the choices of several TedX organizers. The reason it caught my eye? The words “retired’ and “meaningful connections”. I read the article and I saw vibrant, passionate individuals ready to take on a new challenge and continue to grow their network. They also share their knowledge and experience to others while giving back to their region.

It struck me that as we’ve been growing our team, I am meeting similar people. They all have a passion to want to continue to share their experience, grow their connections and help other business owners and leaders succeed in the local and Canadian marketplace.

Knowledge and experience, they are meant to be shared and passed on.
